METCAD identified the problem with 9-1-1 service.  METCAD has taken back-
up measures to make 9-1-1 operational in Champaign County while the 
problem is resolved.

Community members may again call 9-1-1.  During this back-up period, if 
there is difficulty in reaching 9-1-1, the 333-8911 number may be used.  This mailing approved by:
