Apply to Serve on Academic Senate Committees 2022-2023

Dear Student:

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Senate is seeking applications for service on the 2022-2023 Academic Senate Committees.

The Senate is a legislative body comprised of faculty, students, and academic staff from across the University. Senate committees are responsible for making decisions on educational offerings, student life, athletics, inclusiveness, information technology, financial affairs, admissions, and general university policies. Serving on a Senate committee can be an enriching experience that enables students to develop new partnerships, advance leadership skills, and become more engaged with the University.

Nominations & Eligibility
You do not need to be a senator to serve on a committee. However, we anticipate that meetings will again be held in-person beginning in fall 2022 so you must be able to physically attend meetings on campus. Please submit your interest and willingness to serve as soon as possible but not later than Friday, April 22, 2022 at https://forms.illinois.edu/sec/2200517.
