Snyder Hall Student Relocation Support

Dear Members of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Community, 

Due to recent flooding at Snyder Hall, all student residents must be relocated as soon as possible. To support this effort, we are seeking volunteers to assist with student moves and related support operations. Volunteer shifts will run 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. this Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Please note that the building currently has no electricity and no operating elevator, and assistance will involve stairs and physical activity. 

If you are able to assist, please fill out this form with your availability. 

These are volunteer assignments and will not impact current salary. Overtime will not be offered for volunteers. Employees should receive permission from their supervisor if the volunteer shift occurs during work hours.
