2021-2022 Illini Success Report

Dear Faculty, Staff and Students,

I’m writing to let you know that the Illini Success team has just released this year’s edition of the Illini Success report, an annual review of the first career destinations of our recent graduates. 

Here are a few of the highlights from the new report:

• 95% of our 2021-2022 graduates secured a job, graduate program or volunteer opportunity within six months of graduation.
• 75% of in-state graduates who began a job or graduate program said they remained in Illinois for those opportunities.
• $74,974 is the average salary for full-time employed graduates.

No matter where they are from or where they land, a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is one of the best decisions and best investments a student can make for their education, career and life. I am thrilled to see our graduates succeeding at such high rates. And I am extremely thankful for our faculty and staff members who ensure that our students succeed with a solid foundation for their future careers.
