Canvas @ Illinois service restored
Dear students and instructors, We are pleased to report that Canvas @ Illinois is back online and fully operational following yesterday's national Amazon Web Services outage. IT staff across the university are monitoring systems and will address any remaining impacts as quickly as possible. We recognize how disruptive yesterday's outage was to your teaching, learning and coursework. Access to Canvas and other digital tools is essential to the academic mission of our university, and we know that losing that access created real challenges for many of you. Thank you for your patience during this service interruption. If you continue to experience any difficulties accessing Canvas @ Illinois, Adobe services or other applications and websites, please contact the Technology Services Help Desk to submit a ticket or check Status at Illinois for ongoing updates.
