Dear Colleagues,

As you know OVCR has launched the Interdisciplinary Innovation Initiative (In3) Program (http://in3.research.illinois.edu/) to stimulate innovations in interdisciplinary research and education across campus. The In3 proposal due date is February 15, 2012.

We are seeking nominations of visionary people from your unit to serve on the In3 proposal review committee. The review committee will be appointed by Vice Chancellor for Research, Dr. Robert Easter.

Please send nominations to Evan Simpson (esimpson@illinois.edu) and cc to me (kjhsia@illinois.edu) with the following information:

Name and email address of the nominee, nominee's departmental/unit affiliation, and a brief description of the nominee's expertise.

You may, of course, nominate yourself to serve on the committee.
