On Thursday, March 22nd from 1-3 AM, the Unified Communications Email and Voice system will be unavailable for proactive maintenance.  No email will be lost during this time.

It has always been our goal to operate these systems with as little downtime as possible.  This work is a necessary step to accommodate increasing use and future growth of the system, as well as test disaster recovery and redundancy processes.

We are scheduling this in the very early morning hours of spring break to minimize the impact for the community, although we understand some of our faculty, staff and students are overseas and will be impacted during their business hours.  We will do our best to minimize the length of this testing.
