Dear Colleagues,

We want to thank you for your patience and partnership during the phone number migration (porting). Our telephony provider has completed porting of all scheduled numbers, and we are pleased to report that all campus phones involved in the port have now fully migrated to Microsoft Lync. Please note:

- You should check your old voicemail for any calls that might have gotten routed to them in the middle of the port process. To check your voice mail, please dial 217-244-0505, enter your 5-digit mailbox number followed by the star button, and finally enter your passcode when prompted.

- When using phones that were marked to remain on traditional phone lines, you will need to use 7 to 9 digit dialing (non 5 digit dialing) to make sure calls go through to intended recipients.
