Re:   Stewarding Excellence @ Illinois

The Stewarding Excellence @ Illinois project report on the Beckman Institute and the Institute for Genomic Biology and the report on the National Center for Supercomputing have completed all of the appropriate review steps.  After much consultation, I would like to communicate the results of those reviews.

These documents bring to a close the formal work of Stewarding Excellence @ Illinois, begun in January 2010. I would like to thank the many faculty, staff, and students who have stepped up to engage in these reviews in one capacity or another over the past two and a half years. The deep strengths of this remarkable university and its people have never been more apparent to me.
