My name is Mark Henderson and I am the new Chief Information Officer at the University of Illinois.

I am writing today to invite you to the Faculty Technology Open House that will be held in the Illini Union on Friday, September 5 from 9 am to 5 pm.

The Faculty Technology Open House will allow faculty to discover the wide variety of technology services available to them. Representatives from CITES, AITS, CITL and several departmental IT offices will explain and demonstrate their services to faculty attendees. Faculty will learn how to best use the technology for their research and instruction.

Currently, 40 different service providers from across campus will have tables at the event. There is no charge to attend and no registration is required.
