MISSING PERSON

Dear campus community member:

The University of Illinois Police Department is issuing this public safety advisory at the request of the Champaign Police Department, which is seeking community assistance in locating 23-year-old Cristian Zamora, who has been missing since the evening of Dec. 31, 2014. Mr. Zamora is not a student, however he resides in the Campustown area.

Although the Champaign Police Department continues its efforts to locate Mr. Zamora, extreme cold temperatures and inclement weather increase the risk to Mr. Zamora should he be outdoors. As a result, police are asking residents of Champaign-Urbana to search their garages and property for any evidence of Mr. Zamora or his belongings.
