Dear Campus Community:

I invite all faculty, staff and students to attend one of two open meetings where I will provide a progress update on major projects underway on campus. There are two sessions offered at different days, times and locations to make it easier for you to find one that fits your schedule.

Topics are the budgeting reform initiative, enrollment planning, the Carle Illinois College of Medicine and the Design Center, among others. The sessions will include a question-and-answer and discussion period. The formal presentation portion of each session will be the same.

  • Thursday, 22 September, 9-10 am
    Beckman Institute Auditorium
  • Friday, 23 September, 2-3 pm
    BIF (Business Instructional Facility)
    Deloitte Auditorium

For non-exempt civil service employees, these sessions are “approved events,” meaning that, operations permitting, and with prior supervisory approval, non-exempt civil service employees may attend without loss of pay and without having to charge a benefit.

Sincerely,

Edward Feser
Interim Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Provost
