Wi-Fi Network Performance Issue Update

This is an update regarding the Wi-Fi performance issues impacting IllinoisNet, IllinoisNet_Guest and eduroam networks.
Yesterday afternoon Technology Services implemented a temporary solution to resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issues. The change did not impact connected users.
While we continue to investigate the cause of the issue with our Wi-Fi vendor, we expect your Wi-Fi experience to return to normal as we work to resolve the underlying issues.
Regular updates are available at status.illinois.edu. Another email will be distributed should problems recur.
