There’s still time to make a difference through CCFD

Dear Colleagues,

As we enter the final days of this year’s Campus Charitable Fund Drive, I want to thank the more than 2,000 colleagues who have already contributed. Your generosity strengthens the communities where we live, work, and care for one another.

CCFD has always been an important part of who we are at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, but perhaps never more so than this year. Many in our community are facing challenges unlike any we’ve seen, and your efforts will help ensure they don’t face them alone.

If you haven’t had a chance to participate yet, there’s still time. The campaign closes at 11:59 p.m. this Wednesday. A few minutes is all it takes to make a one-time gift or enroll in automatic payroll deduction.

A gift of any size makes a difference. Just $24 for the year — that’s less than $1 per pay period for bi-weekly employees, or $2 per pay period for monthly employees — helps local organizations continue to provide essential services to the individuals and families who need them most.

When we act together, our impact multiplies. That spirit of collective care is one of the defining strengths of our campus — and of the staff and faculty who make the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign such a remarkable community.

Together, we can build a stronger, more caring community for all.
